Can the heating elements in a toaster/oven be replaced?

The upper heating elements of my Toastmaster toaster/oven/broiler curved towards the top of the inside toaster ( looks like they're melting!?) and, of course, is not heating food in the right way! The toaster it's in very good conditions, but the warranty expired 3 years ago. Does anybody know if thoose heating elements can be replaced? Can I find them in a store? Thanks!

The last time I took one apart with a problem like that I found that the power wires were spot welded onto the heating wires. Unless you know someone who can do that it doesn't pay to buy replacement heating elements because you can't finish the repair.
