Pan Range
When it comes to cooking with frying pans, what type do you prefer? Do you use a gas range, electric.... what?

Personally I like cooking with cast iron pans... and I like a gas range... is that strange?

I cook on a gas range.

My favorite pan is my wok. I cook so much in there, even use it for any deep frying I have to do. Its a well-seasoned carbon steel one. You can turn the heat all the way up.. and nothing sticks to it.
