What are the fault codes for Hotpoint CTD40?

The on/off light blinks indicating a fault. The "time delay" and "alarm" light stays lit. I have already replaced the circuit card, thermostats and heating element.

The lights staying on are your indicator lights, there should be a label inside listing a test procedure and expected results
