If you've got shelves, a hanging rail and a chest of drawers you're half way there. Underwear, nightwear, hosiery etc in separate drawers keeping one for your private stuff, accessories and perhaps jewellery. Shoes, boots, slippers, light sweaters and Ts on separate shelves. Everything that can be hung, particularly creasable or delicate should be in protective covers and on hangers on rail. Hooks for dressinggown or robe and another specially for belts. The shelves and hangers can be hidden by a blind or curtain to match decor and drawers painted to match. Containers, plastic, wicker or similar can be used to store winter clothes in the summer and summer clothes in winter. These can be placed on top shelves or under your bed out of sight.
