Higher wattage solar powered ventilation would be necessary for larger attics, and lower wattage for smaller attics.

¿I can change my fan blower motor in the attic with any brand?

My attic fan is not working. I tried to electricity. The person living in the house before the thermostat has been checked, because the thermostat is almost gone and ignored. I will not go on the roof and replace everything works (steep roof). I would just replace the necessary parts inside. I searched for the replacement engine, but can not find it. The label on the fan, Leslie-Locke says MD-104 model 40 amps. My question is can I go out and buy all new engine and the thermostat and change it? I think the model was actually an MD-105
