Which new oven make should I go for? ?

I need a new built-under double oven and need some guidance on what is the best make to buy. I am considering a Neff at the moment but are they as good as AEG or Bosch?
An electric oven or course, we have a gas hob

my mother in law had neff for 27 years before it needed replacing, always performed well.
